Preamble
Please read these Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully before using the online services provided by PIRAMIDE.
These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by PIRAMIDE via the website accessible at https://piramide-ceintures.fr/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
Any order placed on the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Use of the Website is restricted to persons legally capable of entering into contracts under French law.
1 - Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT included), excluding handling and shipping costs.
Shipping costs include logistics, preparation, and dispatch expenses.
For deliveries outside the European Union and to overseas territories, customs duties or local taxes may be payable. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
PIRAMIDE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the prices in force at the time the order is confirmed.
Products remain the property of PIRAMIDE until full payment has been received.
2 - Orders
Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3 - Availability
Products are offered subject to availability.
In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email and may choose between a refund, a replacement product, or delayed shipment.
4 - Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided during the ordering process.
Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours, subject to availability.
Delivery times are indicative. PIRAMIDE shall not be held liable for delays caused by carriers or events of force majeure.
Risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer only when the customer takes physical possession of the products.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment costs will be borne by the customer.
5 - Payment
The payment is made online, at the time of the order, by credit card by the payment module of LCL bank or by PayPal.
VISA and EUROCARD MASTERCARD bank cards (except E-cards) are accepted.
The transactions carried out by credit card on https://piramide-ceintures.fr/ are secured. All information exchanged to process the payment (16-digit card number, expiry date, visual cryptogram) are encrypted using the SSL protocol. This data can not be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. Nor are they stored on our computer systems.
Purchases paid by credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD) can be secured by the 3D Secure control system. When you pay your order by credit card, if your bank adheres to the secure payment program "Verified by Visa" or "Secure Code Mastercard", after clicking on "Order and pay", you may see a new screen, you inviting to identify you, for example, with a code received by sms.
At no time, the sums collected can not be considered as a deposit or installments.
Whatever the method of payment, the details used are not saved.
6 - Security
The Website uses SSL encryption to secure transactions.
7 - Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, customers have a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from notification of withdrawal, using the same payment method.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or personalized products in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.

8 - Legal Guarantees
Customers benefit from statutory warranties of conformity and hidden defects in accordance with French law.
9 - Intellectual Property
All content on the Website is protected by intellectual property rights.
Any reproduction or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.
10 - Liability
PIRAMIDE products comply with French legislation.
PIRAMIDE shall not be liable for non-compliance with the laws of the country where the products are delivered.
11 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, consumers may refer the matter to the competent court under applicable law.
