Our care recommendations:

Crocodile leather is an exceptional material whose pronounced natural scales require careful maintenance. To preserve its texture and shine, we recommend using a light lotion specifically formulated for exotic leathers.

Apply a very small amount of lotion with a soft cloth, following the direction of the scales. Allow it to penetrate for a few minutes, then gently buff with a clean cloth. Avoid using too much product to prevent saturating the grooves between the scales.

We recommend using an exotic leather care lotion such as Saphir Exotic Leather Lotion or Collonil Exotic Lotion, which nourish the leather without altering its natural relief.

Never use the following on a crocodile leather belt:

  • Classic shoe polish (too greasy, clogs the scales)
  • Leather greases or oils (neatsfoot oil, mink oil, etc.)
  • Waterproofing sprays
  • Thick creams not intended for exotic leathers
  • Hard or abrasive brushes
